Refund Policy

Deadline:

The deadline for returning an order (for refund) is 30 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

 

Conditions:

(1) In order to exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by sending us an email: support@newlinework.com

(2) We will reimburse you as long as the return meets the conditions mentioned below:

- You have already contacted us as mentioned in (1) above to seek for assistance and authorization.

- The goods have not sustained significant damage, especially damage that affects functionality.

- The goods have not been substituted with other objects.

- The goods are in the original packaging.

(3) Refund processing time:

- 3 to 7 business days after receipt and processing of returned product

 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Failure to meet one or more of those conditions may result in either partial or no refund.


Shipping:

- Returning is free of charge per the shipping method through which we will authorize the return.

- We may either waive the need to return (no need to return) or provide you with a valid address to which you can return.

- We are not responsible for any risk involved in returning the goods to us.

- We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.

- We are not obliged to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or prior waiver for the need to return.
