Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times, confirmation & order tracking:

- All orders are processed (prepared for shipping) within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been completed.

- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing the tracking number(s).

Shipping methods, rates & delivery estimates:

- SWA (Shipping With Amazon).

- Other options.

(2) Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

- Continental USA address: Free

- Other address: Covered by buyer

(4) Estimated delivery time:

- For continental USA addresses, it may take 2 to 4 business days for you to receive your package after placing an order.

- For other addresses, it may take 3 to 30 business days.

(5) Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States, and may include additional charges.

(6) Delivery delays can occasionally occur. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

At present, NewlineWork Tech does not ship to postal, U.S. Overseas Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
