Replacement & repair conditions:
We will honor the warranty as long as the following conditions are met:
- You have already contacted us as mentioned above to seek for assistance and authorization.
- Orders placed either directly from our website or from our authorized sellers and distributors on various platforms such as Amazon, eBay, etc.
- The goods have not been substituted with other objects, including cases of destruction of product labelling, date modification, etc.
- The goods have not been subjected to failure and damage caused by disassembly, repair and modification of the product without prior authorization from us.
- The goods have not been subjected to failure and damage caused by natural disasters or other force majeure factors such as lightning, rain, fire, flood, earthquake, wind, abnormal voltage, public hazard, chemical erosion, etc.
- The goods have not been subjected to failure and damage caused by falls, bumps and other non-product quality factors, or due to packaging or freight handling initiated by the buyer.
Shipping:
- Returning is free of charge per the shipping method through which we will authorize the return.
- We may either waive the need to return (no need to return) or provide you with a valid address to which you can return.
- We are not responsible for any risk involved in returning the goods to us.
- We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
